It’s the glue holding Inbound together. You don’t want just any traffic to your site, you want the right traffic. You want people who are most likely to become leads, and, ultimately, happy customers. Who are the “right” people? The right people are your ideal customers, what we call your buyer personas.

We begin with an audit and dig down deeper into your current marketing/sales efforts. We’ll assess your objectives, strategies, and do a competitive website insight probe where we look at user experience, structure, and core messaging.
Then we go further via stakeholder interviews, customer and prospect surveys and create a picture which highlight our recommendations for communicating effectively with your buyer.
Getting the insights
The information and insight we get from Buyer Personas is huge. We’ll keep in mind – research, identifying trends, and creating persona profile stories. It will help build our marketing and sales strategy plan and reveal how the content and context of the messaging we’ll create. We speak to the right audience, at the right time, with the right message.
Creating the plan
We finish the assessment period with a detailed marketing and sales plan blending any of our our 8 core services into the Inbound Method. You can implement our recommendations in-house or work with us to implement. Typically, companies that complete the assessment get better, faster inbound marketing results.
